Fascia gutters for all four sides, 8" flat pans, corners, screws,
sealant, scuppers, 10' posts, top brackets and fastener bars. These units do
not come with screws to mount your unit to the house wall or fascia. Your poles will need to be cemented into the ground at least 2 feet. If you are installing on a deck or patio we can shorten the poles to 8' and provide bottom brackets. Your unit must be anchored properly to
be in accordance with all live load ratings.
Top Only Systems come with...
Fascia gutters for all four sides, 8" Flat Pans, corners, screws,
sealant and scuppers. The purchase of a top only system
transfers the onus of engineering standards to the customer.
The pricing below is based on live load ratings of 20 or 30 psf and a wind ratings of 90 or 100 mph. Your front height should be based on the specification of a ¼” drop per foot of projection. You will receive 10’ x 3” x 3” – .078” ga. aluminum posts, which will need to be cemented into the ground at least 2 feet. The posts will go under the supplied beam(s) at the indicated projection in the table(s) below. Your posts will need to be spaced no more than what is indicated in the table(s) below.

Your quote includes pans, fascia gutters for all 4 sides, fascia splices, screws, sealant, drain scuppers, posts, top brackets with hardware & touch up paint. You will need to supply the hardware to attach the back fascia gutter to the wall.

Our units are pre-engineered systems that have been approved by qualified, State approved engineers in 45 States. Our systems are rated according the year 2000 International Building Codes standards. Snow drifting and wind uplift have not been considered in the wall attached units. If local specifications require such engineering, these standards can be met at an additional cost. Current approved standards assume an importance factor equal to 1 & wind exposure equal to "B". If you require documentation and registered engineering stamps we will submit your request with your quotation. We cannot talk to engineers about such items without knowing what it is you require.
Obtaining
necessary permits and load ratings is the sole responsibility of the
purchaser. Customers agree to hold ScreenHouses Unlimited and the
manufacturer free of any liability for improper installation, maintenance
and repair.
