Please measure carefully - there are no returns on these kits.
Fabric is the Sunbrella line of fabrics and is a 320 gram weight. The highest quality acrylic marine weave, treated for water repellency.
Completely assembled and ready to install
No pulling or lifting of extra support arms required. Awning opens and closes with a simple turn of a handle.
Awning operates with crank handle on the right hand or left hand side (outside looking in!)
If you choose the motorized version of the 7000 series you can count on the quality of the Somfy motor. This heavy duty motor is engineered for long life with a 5 year warranty.
Enjoy your deck without the worry of support arms or poles.
All motorized Series 7000 & 8000 awnings include manual override and a 12' plug-in cord with remote control.

Suggested but not required on motorized units or roof kit installations		□Roof Mount Kit Provides all necessary brackets for roof mount installation when wall space requirements cannot be met. Protective Hood is suggested for this application but not required.
	□Wind Sensor - $399.00 When the wind gusts, the Wind Sensor activates the motorized awning retracting your awning completely protecting it from damaging winds.
