An Insulated Roof Screened Enclosure Kit

We will gladly supply the serious customer with a quotation under the following guidelines...

Our pre-engineered kits are put together to conform to 2006 International Building Code standards. We will not help our customers take short cuts. For your safety and insurance purposes we will need the following information before considering your request for quotation...

■ ■ Once you have the information listed below you can email it to requests@screen-house.com   or   fax it to 705.735.0360.

1. You will need to obtain, from your local building department, a "pounds per square foot" load requirement as well as a "miles per hour" wind load requirement. This is so that the required thickness of the roof can be assessed.**Ideally we will require a drawing or picture of your application (see below)
   
   For wall attached systems we will need a back wall height measurement - how high on your house wall will you be attaching your patio cover?

2. You will need to give us your desired projection and width

3. We will need to know whether you require a bottom kick-plate (none, 18” or 24”).

4. Finally indicate exactly where you would like to have your door placement relative to the house wall or to a front corner.

5. Fax your drawings to 705.735.0360 or email them to requests@screen-house.com

Our units are pre-engineered systems that have been approved by qualified, State approved engineers in 45 States. Our systems are rated according the year 2006 International Building Codes. Snow drifting and wind uplift have not been considered in the wall attached units. If local specifications require such engineering, these standards can be met at an additional cost. Current approved standards assume an importance factor equal to 1 & wind exposure equal to "B". If you require documentation and registered engineering stamps we will submit your request with your quotation. We cannot talk to engineers about such items prior to knowing what it is you require.
