The Company
ScreenHouses Unlimited is an ON LINE retailer.
Over the years we have established relationships with 20+ manufacturers of quality 'do it yourself' kits who want their product found by potential customers such as you! We take on the responsibility of knowing the product well enough to put it in an on-line catalogue and then make ourselves available to answer any and all questions you may have. This includes questions about installation!
Please note that we do not manufacture anything. Our manufacturers specialize in the kits represented on our site and unless specifically stated otherwise they do not manufacture 'one off' items.
Our offices in Ottawa are administrative only. We do not have a facility to receive customers... we do not maintain any showrooms, not even locally... we do not stock anything. Everything that we do is a 'direct from the manufacturer shipment' to your home address.
In order to keep costs to you at a minimum, we leverage the manufacturers relationship with large shipping companies to have the product delivered to you directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to focus on making sure you are getting what need, that you understand the product you will be receiving prior to purchase and to be available post sale for any further questions on the product or its installation.
- Please note that most of our products are made at the manufacturer level when the order is put in and in some cases are not returnable. It is your responsibility to measure carefully and we are available whenever you need to assist you and guide you with your decision.
