Clear, Light Gray, Dark Gray, and Bronze. ### What frame colors do you offer? Standard colors are White, Tan, Clay, Bronze, and Black. ### What types of screen do you offer? Standard Fiberglass Mesh and Premium Screen. ### Do I have to have the bar in the center of the vents? Yes, all units over 30″ in width require a spreader bar. Under 30″ is optional and must be noted on the order if they are not wanted. ### Do Twin Units (TW) and Triple Units (TR) come pre-assembled? No. They are field mulled. ### How do I determine the hinge of a door? The hinge side for inswing and outswing doors are always determined from outside looking in. ### Are all doors installed from the exterior? No. Inswing doors are installed from the interior. ## Sizing ### What is the minimum and maximum size for verticals? Max is 48″ x 102″ or 60″ x 96″. The minimum is 12″ x 24″ for a 3-vent unit. ### What is the frame depth? All verticals have a 1 7/8″ frame depth that recesses into the opening. ### What is the size of the flange? All Porch Conversions units have a 7/8″ front mounting flange. ### What standard door sizes are offered? Standard door sizes are 42″, 34″, and 36″ x 80″. Custom doors are available up to 42″ x 96″. Optional thresholds add 1 1/4″ to the above heights. ### What is the shortest I can make the leg on a trapezoid unit? The minimum leg height is 6″. ## Ordering ### How do I order your windows? We have an [order form](https://builder.screen-house.com/lip-frame-instructions.html) that has all the necessary questions that need to be completed to fulfill your order in a timely manner. ### Do I have time to make changes once an order is placed? When we receive an order, we will first send it to you as a quote. If everything is correct, you will need to confirm before it is converted to an order. Once you have confirmed and it is converted, no changes can be made. ### What does TW and TR stand for on the order form? TW is a twin unit. This is two window units and one mull. TR is a triple unit, so it has three window units and two mulls. ## Care ### What do I use to clean the windows? Either the vinyl cleaner and preservative, Woolite and water or Murphy’s Oil Soap and water: about a capful to one gallon of water. Dry with a soft cloth. Never use harsh chemicals such as ammonia. ### What if the vents are hard to slide? Clean and lubricate the tracks with a dry silicone-based lubricant. ### What is the warranty on the Porch Conversions product? The aluminum components of the frame/sash members are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the windows. The powder coated paint finish is warranted against blistering, peeling, cracking, or chipping from normal intended usage for a period of 10 years from the date of installation to the original purchaser. The vinyl is warranted to be free of defects resulting in material obstruction of vision and cracking for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery by Porch Conversions. The screen and moving parts shall be warranted for a period of (2) years on the material only from the date of delivery by Porch Conversions.
