These units have a DIY-screened enclosure kit that can remain up year-round. They are available in various sizes and color options and are designed to fit on a deck or patio. These high-quality screened patio enclosures provide your family with decades of protection from the sun, wind, rain, and mosquitoes. These specialized all-season patio enclosures feature reinforced roofs and structures supporting snow loads up to 30 PSF. In most climates, it is unnecessary to take them down once installed. They also make excellent enclosures for hot tubs. ### Exceptional Quality A Room That Lasts The Polaria screened patio enclosures have a 22-ounce vinyl cover that will not need replacement for up to 15 years. The vinyl has a special cold crack-resistant additive so that the top can withstand temperatures as low as -50°F. The polymer windows are UV-resistant, crack-resistant up to -30°F, fire-retardant, and have an anti-wicking agent to prevent mold and mildew. ### Configurable Choose Your Style The Polaria enclosure is available in two frame colors and five different vinyl top covers. It has an adjustable door location and fully framed polymer windows made especially for us using a Japanese calendaring process. The Polaria screened patio enclosures have a cover that will last up to 15 years in normal conditions. This **22 Ounce Vinyl **is made to last. Need more? Okay, finally there is a special cold crack resistant additive to the vinyl so that the top can withstand temperatures as low as -50°F. Of course it is guaranteed for 5 years against discoloration.. ### Clear line of sight. This screen room kit gives you a clear line of sight because our panels are made with the highest quality extruded aluminum and engineered for maximum strength. This sunroom kit also has a **Super Vent** built into each gable end, allowing for the escape of wind and humidity. ### Will not rust or peel. The aluminum is coated with baked-on enamel paint (white or beige) that will neither rust nor peel. ### Easy to clean and maintain. The polymer windows can be easily removed to facilitate maintenance. We recommend cleaning them with a mild, non-abrasive soap diluted in a large quantity of water. ### Five color choices **Our products** come in seven different color choices: Green, Blue, Beige, Burgundy, Eggshell. You can see the color selection below. *Other manufacturers* typically offer a beige or grey top only. We have a color to suit your surroundings.. ### Over hang keeps water away from screens The Polaria patio enclosure also have a **6" Overhang** built into every unit, preventing the rain from washing down the screen face. Also as part of the overhang is our aesthetically pleasing **Double Valence**, where the second valence is white and is part of our special roof attach system. Our valences can be the wave format or straight - your choice.. ### Structure These specialty screened patio enclosures have a roof structure consisting of 2 1/2" x 1 5/8" rafters extending 10' to 14' from the house wall. In addition there is a 3 1/2" x 5" support beam running the full width of the unit (10' to 18') supporting the rafters at the midway mark. The complete roof structure is made of extruded aluminum with a baked on enamel finish. ### Strong Vinyl Canvas The 22-ounce vinyl canvas has a lifespan of 15 to 18 years and remains installed year round. It is also flame retardant (NFPA 701), UV resistant to prevent yellowing, tear and abrasive resistant and we have incorporated an "anti-wicking" agent to prevent mold and mildew. Its vinyl panels are heat-sealed together to make the canvas that much more efficient. The Flash System, our patented non-lacing fastening system, allows for the optimal canvas tension to the frame. ### Sliding Polymer Windows Fully framed, the polymer is made especially for us with a Japanese calendaring process. The windows slide sideways and are designed to be left in place, just like the whole unit, for the winter. ### Panels Panel sizes are 56.5" wide and 78" high. The entry door is a 35" wide "in-swinging" door. The 56.5" panel holding the door also has a sidelite on either side of the door - each measuring 10" wide.. ### Roof & Gable Both the roof and the gable sides of the roof are securely fastened to the side header rail by way of a grommet and lace up system. Easy to remove and easy to re-do!. ### Projection dimensions The two charts below (projection and width) communicate the panel and product sizes for all 45 different size option. If you want a 10' projection and 12' width for example, look at the 10' details in the projection table and the 12' details in the following width table.
