Warranty Information

Brasilia retractable awnings frame and motor are guaranteed free from all defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 (five) years following shipment of the unit from the factory. The acrylic fabric has an industry leading 10 year limited warranty. This warranty is void in the event the unit has been subject to abuse or incorrect assembly. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather.

Installation Difficulty Rating

Awnings are shipped fully assembled and can be installed in about an hour by two people with minimal tools. Additional effort preparing the wall with a backing board for proper supports may be required. To operate, simply turn the hand crank a few times, or just push the button on the remote control and let the motor do it for you.

Shipping Details

Shipping to your home or cottage is included with the price. Units are shipped via Common Carrier/Freight Truck, using several different Common Carrier companies which are selected at the discretion of our represented manufacturers. Tracking information will be provided on shipment and you will receive a call from the delivery company to arrange delivery when it arrives at the local terminal.
