Oblong Four Season Carrousel Gazebo

The Carousel is designed to stay up all year round and is built on a 1.5" square extruded aluminum frame. The aluminum is coated with baked-on enamel paint (white or beige) that will neither rust nor peel. The 22-ounce vinyl canvas lasts 15 to 18 years and remains installed year-round.

The Carousel garden gazebo kit's cover will last 15 - 18 years in normal conditions. The vinyl is treated with a special cold-crack-resistant compound, allowing the top to withstand temperatures as low as -50°F. Of course, it is guaranteed against discoloration for 5 years. The roof of this garden gazebo kit has a Super Vent system, allowing wind and humidity to escape.

These patio enclosures are made to last with 1/8" thick Extruded Aluminum. They are also flame retardant (NFPA 701), UV resistant to prevent yellowing and tear—and abrasive-resistant. We have incorporated an "anti-wicking" agent to prevent mold and mildew. The vinyl panels are heat-sealed together to make the canvas more efficient.

The Flash System, our patented non-lacing fastening system, allows you to apply the optimal canvas tension to the frame. The polymer windows can be easily removed to facilitate maintenance. We recommend cleaning them with a mild, non-abrasive soap diluted in large amounts of water.

Our Carrousel gazebo kits come with sliding polymer windows. Fully framed, the polymer is made especially for us using a Japanese calendaring process. It is made with a super double clear polish in either clear or smoke and has a 20 ml thickness - virtually unbreakable! Of course, in keeping with the quality of the rest of this spa gazebo kit, the polymer windows are UV resistant, crack resistant up to -30°F, fire retardant and have an anti-wicking agent to prevent mold and mildew. The windows slide sideways and are designed to be left in place, just like the whole unit, for the winter.
