Return & Cancellation Policy

1) Restocking fee of 25%
ScreenHouses Unlimited extends to each customer our commitment to your satisfaction on every product we sell. We only represent leading manufacturers in each of our product categories. In the unlikely event that it may be necessary to return an item, all returns require email or written authorization from ScreenHouses Unlimited in advance, where the product specific return address will be specified. All orders cancelled after they have been shipped will be charged the original shipping fee plus all returns are subject to a maximum of a 25% restocking charge. Returned products must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the specified address.
(2) Refusal of Shipment
Shipments CANNOT be refused for any reason; Refusal of Shipment is subject to a complete loss to customer, where ScreenHouses Unlimited will not be responsible for re-shipping or tracking refused shipment. Custom Orders receive no refund under any circumstances
(3) You are responsible for returning the product back to the Manufacturers Warehouse, at your expense, after receiving the “Return Authorization Number”.
ScreenHouses Unlimited is not responsible for return shipping costs and is not responsible for any shipping damage that occurs during the return trip. Damage caused by shippers must be reported and resolved with the delivering carrier or shipping company directly.
(4) Some Items CANNOT be returned
Products which are built to order AND including garden buildings, vinyl sheds, metal sheds, portable garages, awnings, canopies, or screened enclosures... cannot be returned nor will a customer be allowed to cancel an order after 48 hours of placing that order. We know you will understand since each item is custom made by hand and cannot be re-consigned.
(5) Additional Costs
If the order has not shipped, you will receive a full refund. Please note: All Cancelled or Returned orders paid by credit card will be "a full refund less credit card processing fees." These are fees charged to the retailer by the credit card company every time your card is processed for a sale or return. Your refund will therefore be subject to a credit card processing charge of 10%. These charges are not monies we receive but go to your credit card company for using your credit card. Costs incurred for returning funds by means of a “Bank Draft” or “Cashier's check” will be subtracted from the refund.
(6) Our commitment to you
ScreenHouses Unlimited has a commitment to customer service. If you encounter any problems or have any questions about any of our Do-It-Yourself Home Improvement products, you can call our toll-free customer support line at 1-800-922-4760 Monday to Friday, during business hours.
Claims on damaged materials must be made and will be handled in accordance with our instructions on how to receive your shipment. (see Delivery Instructions)
Unfortunately shortages and incorrect parts will occasionally happen. If a manufacturer error occurs and you are missing a part or portion of your order, simply call our toll-free line and we will courier you the part in as timely a fashion as possible. From the date of delivery you have five (5) days to report any shortages or incorrect parts. After that period any and all shortages or incorrect parts will become your responsibility and you will be responsible for any and all costs related to the replacement of parts. Any replacement parts for shortages or incorrect parts may be shipped in different lengths than the original shipment and may be shipped in a method which is at ScreenHouses Unlimited discretion. ScreenHouses Unlimited will not be held responsible by any damages or costs incurred by the customer from a shortage or incorrect part (see "Legal Stuff"). Please allow yourself ample time for your project.
