Screening Options
Different people have different needs when it comes to buying screening. If you have kids or pets, if you live in an area with lots of small bugs, high winds or strong sun rays – these are all factors that can influence the kind of screen you add to your enclosure. Personal preferences for style and cutting back on home energy bills can also influence the type of screening you choose.
We have fifteen types of screens you can check out below that can accommodate any functional or aesthetic requirements. We can add this screen type to any screen wall system and patio enclosure and we can sell rolls of screening on their own.

Durability
Our screens stand up to the elements... and kids who push on it. A select range of screens are infused with Microban®, making them resistant to mold and mildew which can wear away at your screen over time.
Privacy
Privacy screens are made from tightly-woven mesh in a variety of materials. They offer better privacy for your screened-in porches, saunas and pool enclosures.
Visibility
We have a line of screens that offer the best level of outward visibility you can find from screening on the market. Stay protected from insects while enjoying a crystal-clear view.
Sun Protection
UV rays can heat (or overheat your home) and fade furnishings. Sun protection screening keeps insects and solar rays out of your home and can reduce your energy bills by keeping the house cooler.
Pet Protection
Pet screens are able to withstand clawing and pawing from cats and dogs. The tear resistant screens are small enough to keep the bugs out and strong enough to stop wild animals like squirrels and raccoons from getting into your space.
Protection from Bugs
Small inset screening will keep no-see-ums, sand flies, gnats and other tiny pests out of your enclosed space.
Standard Fiberglass (18x16)
Woven from permanent glass yarn, which has been coated with a protective vinyl to ensure lasting beauty, color and flexibility and will not rust, corrode or stain. They are produced under the most exacting conditions to meet rigid specifications and have all passed 1200 hours of QUV accelerated weathering. Strong, long lasting and is not easily damaged - an idea choice for large enclosures. It is generally the original equipment on windows which have "half-screens" and on many storm windows

Glas-Shield
Glas-Shield is our 18×14 fiberglass mesh that has been vinyl – laminated. Glas-Shield can be installed in the lower enclosure panels (chair rail down) to keep dirt and debris out of pool enclosures. Glas-Shield also functions as a privacy screen in vertical (wall) applications, however it is not made to be used as roofing material or in horizontal applications.

Standard Aluminum
Tightly woven mesh designed to stop small insects. While densely woven, this screen still allows good visibility, ventilation, some protection from wind, and provides some daytime privacy.
Solar Insect Screening
Solar Insect Screening offers the ultimate in insect protection while at the same time stopping up to 65% of the sun’s heat and glare. This fabric also improves daytime privacy while offering excellent outward visibility. Solar Insect Screening works whether windows are open or closed..

PetScreen, pet-resistant insect screening, is tear and puncture-resistant to prevent damage by dogs and cats. Ideal for use in high-traffic areas, PetScreen installs like regular insect screening. PetScreen is excellent for use in patio and porch enclosures as well as windows and doors. PetScreen provides excellent outward visibility and is not harmful to pets.

Super Solar Screening
Super Solar Screening offers the ultimate in shading protection by blocking up to 90% of the sun’s heat. This vinyl coated fiberglass fabric also improves daytime privacy while offering excellent outward visibility. Super Solar Screening works whether windows are open or closed. SunScreen is woven vinyl-coated fiberglass screening manufactured for the primary use of reducing solar heat gain in the summer and reducing heat loss in winter. It is produced under the most exacting conditions to meet extremely rigid specifications. Fiberglass screen is noncombustible and will not rust, corrode or stain.

Heavy duty PLUS No-See-Um projection. Don’t let relaxing summer days be ruined by the itch or bite of a tiny no-see-um insect. Our tightly woven, strong TuffScreen® material with no-see-um protection was crafted for this very scenario. The tighter the weave, the greater the day and night time privacy and protection. TuffScreen® with No-See-Um is available in multiple widths, even for expanded openings.
