Greetings from Southern Nevada. This is a letter to express my appreciation and to commend you and your company for a job very well done. On March 22 I ordered 2 window awnings in your #3500/7 series by phone. Your price was competitive and shipping fee included. Here's the good part....The awnings were delivered well ahead of schedule on March 30, all the parts were there, the assembly/installation instructions clear, and it is a well designed, attractive product. I assembled them yesterday and installed them today. It was not difficult.
I just want to thank you for a great job of customer service. It's difficult these days to find the combination you have, of a great product at a very fair price, with "on time" delivery. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and your company, and I would recommend you to anyone.
To whom it may concern: My wife and I were very pleased at the product you sent us. It was easy to install and it looks like it is part of the house. It does not stick out like a sore thumb. We hardly even notice it. Here are a couple of picts.

Sirs: I have recd, assembled and installed your double window awning...all parts, instructions, and product were flawlessly presented.... and were above my expectations..... This South facing awning will permit lovely shade to my library/computer post, allow the window to remain open even when rain threatens.
Your awning, by the by, precisely matches the awnings my dad put on the house 50 years ago. This addition gives my house a true "retro look." In Oct, I will order a single window unit that I lost when it was mashed during a residing job. Keep up the QC and the fair prices!
Yesterday, August 13th, we received by UPS the series 2500 7' awning that I ordered on 7/23. I was very pleased with the quality. The instructions were easy to follow. It took only 80 minutes from the time we unpacked the awning, until it was hung on our home. We did find it easier to attach the "joint clips" with channel locks instead of trying to put them on by hand. We got a pretty bad rainstorm today and I was also pleased how it protected the area that we hung it.
Our UPS driver asked what it was that was being delivered, and she said she had been looking for an awning also. She is supposed to come and take a look at it on one of her trips through our neighborhood again. You may have another sale!! Just wanted to say thanks again, appreciate the good customer service from Glenn and anyone else involved in the order. Enclosed is a picture before and of the completed install.
Just a note to let you know that we are very satisfied with our new fabric door canopy. Everything arrived about a week after we ordered. To be sure, I checked everything very carefully: the fabric, the hardware....everything was in perfect condition.
The old porch roof was aluminum and we were happy to get rid of it. We didn't want the same style as it made the porch seem a little to much like a 'cage'. I'm happy that I found your fabric door canopies on the web -- it's light, opens up a small space as here are no supports, and the color is almost an exact match for the trim we are using. In short, we like it, the neighbors like it -- it's perfect!

We wanted the awning to prevent rain from covering the sliding door. I ordered the awning online and also talked to Bob who was great. My not-so-handy husband installed it yesterday. Thank you for a great product and great service. I also compared prices and yours' were the best!

Just wanted to tell you, I couldn't believe that I got these on Wednesday afternoon. After ordering Monday night. That's the quickest I've ever gotten any mail orders.
