Lip frame windows are an excellent way to upgrade your current screened in porch or enclosure to a three season room. Choose between solid pane windows or vertical or horizontal sliders for any of your openings. Compatible with most openings and a great upgrade option for our porch screening kits or hardtop deck enclosures.
Vinyl windows have the benefit of glass without the cost or the weight. It's as transparent as glass, but not nearly as heavy, expensive or susceptible to cracking or breaking. The hinge side for inswing and outswing doors are always determined from outside looking in.

Sizing
Max is 48″ x 102″ or 60″ x 96″. The minimum is 12″ x 24″ for a 3-vent unit.
All verticals have a 1 7/8″ frame depth that recesses into the opening.
All Porch Conversions units have a 7/8″ front mounting flange.
Standard door sizes are 42″, 34″, and 36″ x 80″. Custom doors are available up to 42″ x 96″. Optional thresholds add 1 1/4″ to the above heights.
The minimum leg heigh is 6″.
Ordering
We have an order form that has all the necessary questions that need to be completed to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
When we receive an order, we will first send it to you as a quote. If everything is correct, you will need to confirm before it is converted to an order. Once you have confirmed and it is converted, no changes can be made.
TW is a twin unit. This is two window units and one mull. TR is a triple unit, so it has three window units and two mulls.
Care
Either the vinyl cleaner and preservative, Woolite and water or Murphy’s Oil Soap and water: about a capful to one gallon of water. Dry with a soft cloth. Never use harsh chemicals such as ammonia.
Clean and lubricate the tracks with a dry silicone-based lubricant.
The aluminum components of the frame/sash members are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the windows. The powder coated paint finish is warranted against blistering, peeling, cracking, or chipping from normal intended usage for a period of 10 years from the date of installation to the original purchaser. The vinyl is warranted to be free of defects resulting in material obstruction of vision and cracking for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery by Porch Conversions. The screen and moving parts shall be warranted for a period of (2) years on the material only from the date of delivery by Porch Conversions.

Warranty
Ezee Breeze Lip Frame Windows come with a limited life time warranty from the manufacturer. Full details on the warranty can be found in the official Ezee Breeze Warranty.
Installation Difficulty
Lip frames install easily to any aluminum or wood frame with at least 1.5" depth. The windows are custom sized based on the daylight openings you provide. Clips are provided to mount around the perimeter of the opening to secure the windows.
Shipping
Shipping to your home or cottage is included with the price. Units are shipped via Company Truck where possible and otherwise would ship Common Carrier/Freight Truck, using several different Common Carrier companies which are selected at the discretion of our represented manufacturers. To help avoid damages some of our "materials supplied kits," which have materials longer than 8', may be cut in multiple pieces; any of these materials may be cut to any lengths and spliced at any location as required.
